Salesworx.ai is an AI-powered sales orchestration platform developed and operated by Worxwide Consulting Pvt. Ltd. We help sales teams automate outreach, personalise engagement, and accelerate revenue through our three-layer AI architecture: Intelligence, Orchestration, and Execution.

We collect the following categories of personal and business data:

• Account & Identity Data: name, work email, job title, company name, and login credentials.
• Usage & Behavioural Data: platform interactions, feature usage, session logs, and in-app activity.
• CRM & Sales Data: prospect lists, contact records, deal stages, and pipeline information you import or sync.
• Communication Data: email sequences, call transcripts, and messaging content processed via the platform.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies.
• Payment Data: billing details processed via PCI-compliant third-party payment processors — we do not store card numbers.

Salesworx.ai is a B2B platform intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@salesworx.ai and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
